Kitson was an interior TI build out done for the Kitson store legacy. Architect Space International, the architects on the project, were still designing when we began construction. Open communication between Bonura Building and Architect Space International was crucial, as so many details were refined or redone out in the field. Bonura Building prefers projects that run like this, and we really have an appreciation for the aesthetics of this type of design.
